The American Employment Law Council was founded in 1993 by senior labor and employment lawyers representing employers in the United States, to serve as a meeting ground for lawyers committed to professional excellence in the resourceful and principled representation of American employers. Membership is open to all lawyers whose practice principally involves the representation of an employer or employers.
